1. Overview
Vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is an efficient production equipment specially used for manufacturing high-viscosity fluid products such as emulsions, creams, gels, etc. This equipment is widely used in cosmetics, medicine, food and chemical industries, and can realize multifunctional integrated operations such as emulsification, homogenization, stirring, heating, cooling, etc. to ensure the high quality and stability of the products.
2. Equipment composition
(1)Emulsifying pot
Mainly used for emulsifying and homogenizing materials.
Equipped with a high-shear homogenizer, it can quickly disperse and emulsify materials.
Adopting a jacket design, it can be heated and cooled.
(2)Water phase pot and oil phase pot
The water phase pot is used to dissolve water-soluble materials
The oil phase pot is used to heat and melt oil-soluble materials.
Transported to the emulsifying pot through a pipeline to realize automated production.
(3)Homogenizing system
Adopting a high-speed shear homogenizing head, the material can be evenly dispersed to the nanometer level
Effectively improve the fineness, stability and absorbency of the product.
(4)Vacuum system
It can effectively remove bubbles generated during the production process and improve the density and gloss of the product.
Avoid air ingress, reduce oxidation, and increase product shelf life.
(5)Heating and cooling system
Electric heating or steam heating is used, and temperature control is precise.
With rapid cooling function, the production cycle is shortened.
(6)Mixing system
Use central mixing + side scraping mixing to ensure uniform mixing of materials.
The combination of low-speed mixing and high-speed homogenization can be optimized for different formulas.
(7) Control system
Adopt PLC intelligent control system, equipped with touch screen operation interface.
Parameters such as speed, temperature, time, etc. can be programmed to improve the degree of automation.
3. Working Principle
The core technology of the cosmetic vacuum homogenizer is high shear homogenization and emulsification. The specific process is as follows:
(1) The material enters the emulsifier and is heated to the set temperature through the jacket
(2) Stir at a low speed to mix the material initially and prevent precipitation
(3) The high shear homogenizer is started to shear the material at a high speed to make the particle size uniform and refined to the nanometer level
(4) Maintain a vacuum state during the production process to prevent air from entering and reduce bubble formation
(5) After homogenization, cool down through the cooling system to finally obtain a product with fine texture and stability
4. Product Features
(1) High-efficiency homogenization, using imported homogenizers, the homogenization fineness can reach 0.2-5μm, the product texture is fine and has stronger absorbency
(2) Vacuum degassing, completely eliminate Bubbles in the production process, improve product density and gloss
(3) Intelligent control, using PLC touch screen control system, can set parameters such as temperature, speed, time, etc., with data recording and storage functions, convenient formula management
(4) Multifunctional integration, with heating, cooling, stirring, emulsification, homogenization, vacuum degassing and other functions, suitable for the production of products with different viscosities and formulas
(5) Safe and hygienic, using 316L stainless steel material, in line with GMP standards, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, key parts adopt aseptic design to ensure product quality and safety
5. Applicable products
Cosmetic vacuum homogenizing emulsifier can be widely used in the production of the following products:
(1) Cosmetics: face cream, lotion, essence, eye cream, sunscreen, foundation liquid.
(2) Medicine: ointment, gel, ointment, cream.
(3) Food: salad dressing, mayonnaise, sauce, chocolate sauce.
(4) Daily chemicals: facial cleanser, toothpaste, conditioner.
(5) Chemicals: coatings, inks, lubricants.
6. Purchase Guide
(1) Confirm production capacity requirements
Choose appropriate equipment specifications (such as 5L, 50L, 200L, 500L, 1000L, 2000L, 3000L, 5000L, etc.) according to daily or monthly production volume
(2) Consider functional requirements
Do you need a vacuum function?
Do you need an automatic control system?
Do you need a customized mixing or homogenization method?
(3) Budget and cost-effectiveness
Choose a suitable brand and configuration based on the budget.
Pay attention to after-sales service to ensure long-term stable operation.
