1. Overview

2. Equipment composition

(1)Main mixing tank

It is made of stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L) and meets GMP and hygiene standards.
Equipped with double or triple jacket structure, it can be heated and cooled.

(2)Homogenizing system

The high shear homogenizer is used to refine the material particles to micron level and improve the product texture.
The high-speed rotating homogenizing head can evenly disperse the oil and water phase to prevent stratification.

(3)Heating and cooling system

It adopts electric heating or steam heating, and the temperature is controllable to ensure that the raw materials are evenly heated.
It has cooling function to speed up the production process and improve efficiency.

(4)Mixing system

Use low-speed paddle stirring + high-speed homogenization to ensure that the materials are fully mixed.
Equipped with scraping wall stirring to prevent tank wall adhesion and ensure uniformity.

Adopt PLC intelligent control, which can set parameters such as temperature, stirring speed, homogenization time, etc. Touch screen operation is intuitive and convenient, and improves the degree of automation.

3. Working Principle

The core technology of the cosmetic vacuum homogenizer is high shear homogenization and emulsification. The specific process is as follows:

(1)The heating system heats the raw materials to the set temperature to fully dissolve the solid matter

(2)The stirring system preliminarily mixes the oil phase and water phase raw materials

(3)The high shear homogenizer is started, and the oil and water are evenly dispersed and emulsified through high-speed rotation shear force

(4)The material is circulated and stirred and homogenized to finally achieve a stable product structure

(5)After production is completed, the product is transported to the packaging link through the discharge port or pipeline
