1. Working Principle

The working process of the automatic single-head gear pump filling machine can be divided into several stages, involving liquid delivery, automatic container entry and exit, filling control, etc.
(1) Liquid delivery
Feeding system: Liquid cosmetics are pumped into the gear pump through the feed pipe. The feeding system is usually connected to a liquid storage tank to ensure sufficient liquid supply during the filling process.
Gear pump drive: The gear pump is driven by a motor, and the gear pump is started according to the preset flow control system, and the liquid is transported from the pump chamber to the filling head.
(2) Automatic bottle feeding and positioning
Container transportation: Containers (such as bottles or cans) are automatically transported to the filling area through a conveyor belt and accurately positioned under the filling head. The conveying system will detect the presence of the container through sensors to ensure that each container is in the correct position.
(3) Filling process
Filling control: The PLC (programmable logic controller) control system of the gear pump filling machine pre-sets the liquid volume for each filling. According to the set volume and the speed of the gear pump, the filling machine will accurately control the amount of liquid injected each time.
