1. Working Principle

The magnetic pump is the core component of the automatic magnetic pump filling machine. It drives the pump body through magnetic coupling, which is especially suitable for filling liquid products with good fluidity, thereby realizing liquid transportation. The working process of the magnetic pump can be summarized into the following steps:

(1) Magnetic coupling drive: The magnetic pump is driven by an external motor, which is connected to the impeller or gear in the pump chamber through a magnetic coupling. The rotation of the motor drives the impeller to rotate, so that the liquid is transported to the filling head through the pump pipe.
(2) Excellent sealing performance: Since the working principle of the magnetic pump does not require mechanical contact, the liquid is completely isolated from the outside, so it has excellent sealing performance, avoiding liquid leakage and contamination.
(3) Corrosion resistance: The pump body material is mostly made of stainless steel, plastic and other materials with strong corrosion resistance, which is suitable for handling acidic, alkaline or other organic solvent liquids commonly found in cosmetics.
