1. Working Principle

(1) Turntable design: The equipment is equipped with a turntable with multiple workstations on it, each of which is responsible for different operations, such as filling, capping, etc.
(2) Bottle feeding: Empty bottles are manually placed into the mold base of the turntable, and the bottles arrive at the filling station one by one as the turntable rotates.
(3) Filling: At the filling station, the filling head fills the liquid into the bottle through a piston pump or other pump, and the filling volume can be adjusted according to the setting.
(4) Capping: After filling, the bottle continues to rotate to the capping station, the cap is placed on the bottle mouth, and it is locked by rotating or pressing the cap. Manual or automatic cap feeding can be selected
(5) Discharging: After the capping is completed, the bottle will move to the discharge port for the next process or packaging. The bottle needs to be taken out manually.
The whole process can be controlled manually or automatically, which is suitable for small batch production, with the advantages of simple operation and high efficiency.
