1. Working Principle
(1) Automatic feeding and positioning
The working process of the tracking filling machine starts with feeding. Bottles or containers are fed into the filling area through a conveyor belt. Before reaching the filling head, the container is automatically corrected by the positioning system to ensure that each container is accurately in place to ensure the accuracy of filling.
(2) Tracking system
The biggest feature of the tracking filling machine is "tracking". Traditional filling machines usually require the container to stop during filling, while the tracking filling machine allows the container to be filled while moving. The equipment is equipped with a synchronous tracking system that can detect the speed of the container on the conveyor belt and control the synchronous movement of the filling head.
