1. Introduction
This lipstick production line is widely used for making lipstick, lip gloss, lip pie, rouge lip glaze, lip balm, and other hot liquid, etc.
Processing step:
1. Crushing raw material by three roll mill.
2. Heating and mixing the raw material in the tank.
3. Filling hot lipstick liquid into lipstick mold manually or automatically.
4. Cooling down temperature of lipstick mold by freezing platform or tunnel.
5. Demoulding the shaped lipstick from the mold and assembling the shaped lipstick with shell or tube.
6. Screwing lipstick back to the shell and sealing the lid.
In the whole production machine line, we have different model for different requirements.
