1. Introduction
This perfume production line is widely used for making perfume water, cosmetics water, Florida water, etc.
Processing step:
1. Purifying city water or ground water by RO water treatment device.
2. Putting purified water and essence into freezing mixing tank, then start processing it.
3. After processing perfume water, transferring it into storage tank.
4. Cleaning perfume bottle by air to eliminate impurity.
5. Filling perfume water into glass bottle, the liquid level will be equally high due to vacuum filling.
6. Crimping the spray pump on the bottle.
7. Pressing collar ring on the spray pump, some of spray pump don't need collar ring.
8. Packing the glass bottle into box with transparent film.
In the whole production machine line, almost need 5~7 workers to operate it.
