1. Introduction
This hot water heating system consists of a steam generator, a plate and frame heat exchanger, and an insulated hot water storage tank, along with corresponding piping and accessories.
It can be widely used in cosmetics production, daily chemical production, food processing, chemical production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and other applications requiring a long-term, stable heat source or other large-scale industrial production, replacing steam and electric heating methods.
2. Working Principle
1. A steam generator produces stable steam as a heat source.
2. The steam exchanges heat with cold water in the storage tank through a plate and frame heat exchanger, rapidly heating the cold water to the desired temperature.
3. The heated hot water is returned to the hot water storage tank, which is insulated to minimize heat loss.
4. The hot water user draws hot water from the storage tank as needed, and the depleted water automatically returns to the storage tank for reheating.
5. The system uses an automatic control device to replenish and heat the water in real time, ensuring stable water temperature and volume.
6. The system can be set to start and stop on a scheduled basis. Hot water is always available before production begins each day.
